Complimentary return transfers between Roberts International Airport and Ducor Residences — available for all suite and penthouse guests, and on request for other room types.

Early Check-in
Early check-in from 11:00 AM is available on request, subject to availability. A half-day rate may apply.
Late Check-out
Late check-out until 2:00 PM is available on request, subject to availability. A half-day rate may apply.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms, corridors, and the lobby. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcomed at the discretion of management. Please notify us in advance of your arrival. A refundable pet deposit may be required.
ID & Payment
A valid government-issued ID and a credit card are required at check-in. Payment is due in full upon arrival unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival incur no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night charge.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 12 stay free when sharing an existing bed with parents. Cots are available on request at no charge.
